Hello, everyone! Here at Dr. D's History, we believe that the best way to understand the present is to know the past. More importantly, we want to facilitate that knowledge in a fun, engaging, thought-provoking, and unbiased way.

Dr. D earned her PhD in history from The Ohio State University, specializing in European history, global history, and military history. Teaching a wide variety of courses on these topics from the ancient to the modern era, she has worked hard to ensure that her students always have fun and think while learning about the past. Too many people dismiss history as "boring" or simply about the memorization of names and dates, but Dr. D works to prove that instead, history is stories about the past and how our world came to be the way it is today.
